I would like to give a shot-out and thanks to Ray and Chu Sau Rooter for saving my family an expensive headache regarding a clogged shower drain. On Tuesday (5/17) I called Bill Howe Plumbing Inc. to inspect the problem. After an hour attempt of snaking the shower from both inside the bathroom and rooftop, the technician was unable to fix the problem. He stated that there might be a collapsed tube line for reasons why he couldn't get through. He estimated that it would cost me $151/hr + part cost over a two-day period to break some concrete and drywall to expose the pipe in order fix the problem. This would've cost anywhere between $1250 to $2250. Money that I do not have let alone - wanting to break down some concrete and drywall.

I told my aunt about the situation the next day and she recommended Chu Sau Rooter. Within an hour, Ray was at the house. It only took Ray  1/2 hour to clear up my clogged drain. His skills and expertise of utilizing a smaller head on the snake from the rooftop was the break through that saved the day and me a lot of money.  So I would definitely recommend Chu Sau Rooter for anyone looking for a skilled plumber. A fantastic company!  These are the plumbers that I have used in the last 20 years of living in San Diego.  They are fair, honest, and do great work.  Nate is one of the best and did an outstanding job!!  I with there were more plumbers like him.

We had a water pipe burst while we were out. When we got home our garage had quite a lot of water. We were able to have someone come out quickly, and handle the situation. We also saved thousands with the quick actions the worker took to prevent damage to other piping.

I needed to get a shower drain unclogged in the upstairs  bathroom. I checked the availability of several vendors and none could come out for days or weeks.  To my surprise Core Plumbing had availability. I was able to book a next day appointment using their online system. I Like that they invest in current tech to help run their business!

They arrived within the scheduled window. Assessment was fast  with clear explanation of the issue. I was comfortable making the best treatment option that best suited my needs. On top of it the team even gave me tips to help maintain my current drains and help avoid this issue in the future. Cody and Greg were very courteous, knowledgeable, professional and overall a great team! I would certainly use them again if I had a plumbing problem!

Justin is the best! Friendly, efficient, reasonable rates and does a fabulous job. He evaluated a bath leak and gave me good advice; later he installed a new water heater for my rental. You won't be sorry if you use him.

Great job helping with replacing an old water heater. Was not pushy and guided me to call out a water damage company and file an insurance claim. He responded extremely quickly, shuffled some appointments that were less urgent, and gave A+ service.

My kitchen sink had a major backup.... I received a message from TL Plumbing within a half hour. The technician, Manny Ruiz called and came directly to my house and fixed the issue at hand. Very professional and courteous! (BTW,Other companies were booked and told me I would need to wait until the following week) impressed with service!

Tony & his son came by to make modifications to my gas line for my new stove and did a great job! After they left I discovered the flex gas line that came with the new stove was configured for 5/8 and not the 1/2 line that I needed. I called Tony, he stopped by and gave me the 1/2 fitting I needed for my hook-up. Thanks again...and great job!

My toilet was making a really strange noise after flushing. Jose arrived within the scheduled window and it only took him a few minutes to diagnose the problem. He was very polite, professional, and highly competent in his technical expertise. He clearly explained to me the problem and the solution without upselling me or trying to add on any extras.  He gave me a fair price for the required part and had it installed within minutes. I did not hire Armstrong for their services; however they did assist me GREATLY during a flooding crisis at my business. I spoke to Matt, who told me up front that he did not offer the service I needed, but the company he recommended could not have been better. Because of Matt I had a plumber out within two hours, who was cheerful and informative, fixed the issue, and came in nearly 40% lower cost than the company who'd already tried to fix the issue twice and not succeeded. I think it shows a lot of business integrity to have helped me out like that and I wouldn't hesitate to call Armstrong for something within their scope of services in the future. Thank you Matt!

I called Eastlake Plumbing yesterday evening to have our shower faucet repaired and spoke to Armando who was very professional and courteous.  The technician, Eddie, promptly arrived within 30 minutes as promised and was also very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Eddie went above and beyond to get our faucet repaired.  I can confidently say as a small family business, they are absolutely top-notch in customer service and their prices were fair and reasonable.  I will continue to use Eastlake Plumbing Inc., and that's why they have BBB A+ rating, too.

Found them on Yelp after another company did not show up to clear my drain and made me waste a full day just sitting at home waiting for them.
My experience with Troy Plumbing was the complete opposite. They scheduled my service quickly, they gave me a realistic estimate and they actually showed up when they said they would.
Once there, they looked at the issue, but also at the possible cause of it.
The fixed the problem quickly and gave me some recommendations on what to do to prevent it from happening again.
They will be my first call next time I am in need of a plumber.

Yay! I found my go to plumbing company! I live in an older home and had some main line issues. I reached out for a quote and had a response within minutes! Carlos showed up within 20 min and fixed the problem. He also refer me to a great contractor to put in a claim for the house insurance. I would HIGHLY recommend this company, Carlos is a great person, very friendly and great customer service. Great service, fair prices.

Miguel is amazing. Was upfront with potential cost, educated me on the low quality parts we currently had, and helped me navigate all the rules with our new condo. Our plumber was also great. Took all the precautions, and showed us the faulty parts he was replacing. Very efficient. Highly recommend.

Andrew and Alex arrived at the time specified by the answering service and they were quick, efficient, and honest. They pulled roots from my mainline between my home and the clean-out, just as has had to be been done in the past. They didn't try to upsell me on any services and charged me the special rate of $69. Extremely professional and great customer service!  When our toilet and tub got clogged and almost overflowed with sewage water, these guys were quick to respond and fix the issue.  They took the time to explain everything and what they were going to do before they got started.  Not only did they fix the problem quickly, but took the extra step to clean up the mess in our toilet and tub!  Would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs and will definitely be reaching out to them for any future services!

I called True Plumbing for a stopped up toilet, Michael is very professional and did a great job. I have never used them before but will be calling again if and when plumbing needs arise. I also thought their prices were very reasonable compared to other plumbing companies I've used in the past. Great Company!!!

11/18/16 had another toilet issue, Dave from True Plumbing came out. I let him know as of this morning the toilet was working again. Dave put a bunch of toilet paper in to find out if he could replicate what had been happening. Everything worked fine. Got my check book out ready to pay, I was told no charge I still tried to pay, again was told no. I think that decision came from the owner Michael, thank you Michael.

I called Steve E. out to replace a gas line for my outdoor fireplace.  Not only did he work very efficiently, but he performed a masterful job at a very competitive price. I couldn't have been any happier with the results. I asked him to inspect and provide quotes for a few other problematic plumbing areas around my house, and not only was Steve very professional about it, he went above and beyond by offering me great advice and tips.  He and Burtech will definitely be my go-to here on out!
